A very cute small house, that is able to host 2 adults and 1 child, as well as pets (I have 3 cats). Next to a forest, a calm neighborhood, a cute little garden, and extremely polite next-door neighbors. Close to central Stockholm by train or bus. 2 parking places are included in the monthly rental as well as a storage room, where bicycles, luggage, extra garden furniture, etc, can be stored. The kitchen has been totally renovated last November 2021. All house was also painted (indoors) and had the heating system changed. I am renting it out fully furnished and with all the kitchen tools. Pets are welcome. What is not included in the monthly rental is the electricity: every month invoice will be sent by me to the tenant, who then will transfer the given amount.
