Here you will find all amenities, heated outdoor pool (summer time and down to 4 degrees wintertime) and a Jaccuzi with 40 degrees. From the Villa it is only 100 meters to the sea. Enjoy!! In the house there are several large living areas, a lovely kitchen with seating for 10 people, five bedrooms, a gamingroom and a gym. Outside you will find our Swimming pool and Jaccuzi. The Pool is heated during summer time (28 degrees) and will be running at around 4-5 degrees during wintertime, then it is greate to have the yaccuzi that is always on 40 degrees. The house have a huge terrace on the south- and westside of the Villa. Plenty of space to have nice dinners and cozy moments ..
