You can choose between small, medium, and large corridor rooms, all equipped with a private bathroom for your comfort. Kitchens and laundry facilities are shared with other residents in the corridor. The rooms are partially furnished and maintain a consistently good standard throughout. Room types: • Small rooms – approx. 14 sqm – SEK 4,500/month • Medium rooms – approx. 19 sqm – SEK 4,750/month • Large rooms – approx. 28–30 sqm (designed as 1.5-room apartments) – SEK 5,750/month 📍 Ideal location for students The accommodation is conveniently located near several universities, including Södertörn University and Karolinska Institutet. It is only about 900 meters to Flemingsberg Station, from where you can reach Stockholm Central Station in just 15 minutes by train. At the station area you will also find Flemingshallen, offering services such as ICA Maxi, Lidl, pharmacy, gym, police station, and more. 📚 Please note: We only rent to students aged 18–30 who are enrolled at a university or higher education institution in Sweden or abroad. A valid certificate of enrollment is required before a viewing can be booked.
