Located in close to nature and the sea, there is a nice beach 5 minutes walk from the building and many good spots for hiking, skiing etc. In the main city area (5 minutes away by car) you will find all amenities such as a grocery store, restaurants, dentist, gym, pharmacy, and even a golf course a few minutes away. The apartment is large and airy with multiple wardrobes and a single bed. As a resident you also get access to a large outdoor space. I am looking for someone tidy and responsible who can be either a student at university or a full-time employee. No smoking allowed inside the apartment! Couples and families are warmly welcome, but for more than 1 person you need to provide an extra bed by yourself. Perfect if you study or work in Sigtuna, but also flexible if you study or work in Stockholm or Uppsala. The bus for Märsta station has a stop near the apartment, and from Märsta it takes about 20 minutes to central Stockholm with SJ and 35 minutes with SL. Arlanda is about 20 minutes away by car and the wonderful Sigtuna city center can be reached after a 15 minute walk. Please be aware that the rental is conditioned on approval from the rental company (SigtunaHem) who will make a background check on any potential renter.
