Great location, only a few minutes walk to public transportations like buses and trains and to the mall Sollentuna Centrum, that has great shopping, training facilities and grocery shopping. It takes only 12 minutes by train to Stockholm, Odenplan and 20 minutes by train to Arlanda. Nice and calm neighbourhood, dead end road, which makes it perfect for families with children. Nearby is the water, large outdoor areas, kindergartens and schools. A small storehouse next to the garage and a parking lot is included. Access to a small part of the garden is also included. The apartment has a separate entrance on the side of the house, a balcony heading south west and a fire place for chilly winterdays. Three nice bedrooms, two with carpets and one with light wooden floor. A spacious bathroom, with grey sea stones on the floor, white tile on the wall and underfloor heating. Double handbasins, bath tub and washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has room for six to eight people dining. Light living room with parquet floor, fireplace and entrance to the balcony. Also, good amount of storage with a walk in closet and at the loft. I am looking for an ex pat family, a foreign family staying in Sweden for a few years for work. My last tenant was a family from Spain and they stayed for five years.
